ITS SUBSECTION, Photo Beijing 2008, reflects the current surge of photography works (and demand for it) in Asia. The related educational program will explore themes such as ‘Developing History of the Contemporary Photo Art’, ‘Growing up of Photo Art in the Worldwide Market’ and ‘Collection of Photo Art’.
‘The more challenges, the stronger, because we are convinced of the future and we strive for it’, say the organisers who see the current Olympics as a positive acceleration force for the contemporary art scene there.
